As a mom, Stephanie absolutely understands the challenges, joys, and needs of having a newborn. This is why she founded Swaddled - to provide families in the 4th trimester with safe, professional, and loving support. With our team's combined experiences and expertise, we are sure we can provide you with the support and care that you deserve.

Our day and night team of Specialists provide top-notch care for families as they recover from birth and settle into the fourth trimester. They are independently trained and certified and complete continuing education to stay up-to-date on the best practices for safe and effective infant care, lactation, pumping, bottle-feeding, postpartum mental health, and more. They are experienced in working with preemies, multiples, and babies with medical needs.
We take pride in carefully recruiting and hand-selecting the most experienced newborn care specialists, postpartum doulas, and registered nurses to join our team. Our qualification standards are the highest in the region, so you can rest assured that your baby is in capable and loving hands. None of us are here because postpartum work is just a way to pay the bills. We are here because we're passionate about assisting families during postpartum.

Swaddled Newborn Care believes that our families deserve the best, so our Specialists are trained and credentialed by reputable organizations, such as Doulas of North America (DONA), Newborn Care Specialist Association (NCSA), and the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing.
These organizations have a long history of training and certifying postpartum professionals, and they have the governance to provide a more up-to-date and trusted training process.
You wouldn't take your newborn to a pediatrician that wasn't adequately trained and licensed; we believe the same holds true for the professional taking care of your baby.
